Abstract
|
|
|
Three cases of the tibial fracture to be treated by the straight clover-leaf nail of Kuntscher method was reported.
The resut of treated by this method are the following:
1. All of the patients could step for himself from 3 or 4 days after operation.
2. The range of motion of the knee joint function without limit was observed all cases.
3. There is no atrophy of the lower extemities, particulary the recovery during recovery stage of
quadriceps is Impairment
4. There is no change of the nail position from the walking.
5. The callus formation in the tibial fracture area was observed through roentgenography at relatively early stage.
